Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa is a collection of exclusive adult orientated one and two bedroom villas, a honeymoon suite and owner’s residence each nestled within its own secluded walled garden. With visual elements of traditional design depicted in the thatched roof work, the villas also accentuate natural lighting and a sense of spaciousness emulating the Balinese concept of open style living.

All villas feature semi-open bathing facilities complete with outdoor shower recess, a personal plunge pool edged by a sundeck and reclining lounges as well as ample space for outdoor dining and romantic interludes. To escape the monotony of standard hotel room accommodation, villas at Kayumanis are equipped with a modern kitchenette which can be used to cater to special dietary requirements or enjoy a leisurely breakfast prepared by one of our unobtrusive butlers.

No two villas at Kayumanis are architecturally or aesthetically alike. Each has been individually named after an Indonesian species of wood and is categorized in terms of interior theme.

The signature restaurant at Kayumanis is called Tetaring and features a blend of Western and South East Asian specialties using traditional ingredients and market fresh produce. Open for all day dining, afternoon tea and cocktails, Tetaring Restaurant adds a touch of spice to the dining options that already exist within the exclusive enclave.

While Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa is not an ocean front property, all guests have sole access to our very own Beach Club featuring a selection of permanent sun-loungers, umbrellas and bamboo mats. Kayumanis Beach Attendants are on duty throughout the day and cater to all guest needs. Gourmet picnic lunches can be arranged for those wishing to spend the entire day at the beach.

The cuisine at Tetaring is a blend of Western and South East Asian specialties using traditional ingredients and market fresh produce. Executive Chef, Ketut Suisma brings 8 years of experience with him from the kitchens of Aman Resorts. He shows an extraordinary level of culinary expertise for a Balinese and he insists on making his own sauces for each dish entirely from scratch. Tetaring’s signature dish is one of Chef Ketut own creations; Kayumanis Chicken Curry – Braised Chicken Leg with Cinnamon Chili Paste Coconut Crème and Potato served with Steamed Rice.

Piasan Restaurant favours a slightly more up-market design but still maintains the Kayumanis flair for style and visual appeal. The main dining area is an enclosed environment of clear glass to create a sense of spaciousness that belies its actual size. Individual rods of polished bamboo appear to line the ceiling making for an interesting blend of modern and traditional elements. Outdoor dining accommodates only a couple of intimate table settings against a waterway backdrop and a giant fire urn that is lit after dark.

Piasan Restaurant has moved away from the typical concept of a la carte dining and has instead implemented a series of set menus. Dishes tend to vary depending on what choice products happen to be available on any given day.

At Piasan Restaurant, Kayumanis has set to capture the ritual of typical Italian home dining which is a delicious feast of well prepared food and social interaction. Each set menu includes an appetizer or soup and main meal in decent sized portions that still leave diners with enough appetite to sample desert and of course an Italian style espresso.
A fully stocked bar of cocktails, spirits and selection of fine international wines are also available.
